1. About these terms

These terms apply to Last Delivery: The World Between (the “game”), a free game you play in a web browser or as an app, run by Projectteamforyou (“we”). By playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. The game is free

The game is free to play. There are no accounts, no advertising and no purchases with real money. We may add, change or remove content, or stop the service, for example to fix problems or improve the story. Where a change significantly affects you, we will announce it on the site in advance when we reasonably can.

3. Your saves

Your progress is stored only on your device (browser or app storage). Clearing site data, private browsing, uninstalling the app or browser storage limits can delete it, and we cannot restore it because we never receive it. Use Settings → Save file → Export to keep a copy.

4. What you may do

You may play the game for personal enjoyment, and you may share screenshots, videos and live streams of your play, including on monetized channels, as long as you do not present the game as your own. We appreciate a link to the site.

5. What you may not do

copy, sell, redistribute or re-host the game, its code, story, images or music, or use them in another product, except as allowed above or by law;
attack, overload or disrupt the service or its servers, or bypass its security (for example, flooding the counters, statistics or feedback with automated requests);
send feedback that is unlawful, harassing, or contains other people’s personal information;
use the game in a way that breaks the law.

We may block requests that break these rules to protect the service and other players.

6. Feedback you send

If you send feedback, you let us use it, free of charge, to fix bugs and improve the game. Please do not include personal information. How feedback is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Ownership

The game, including its story, characters, text, images, music and code, belongs to Projectteamforyou or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Links to other sites

Share buttons and links open other sites (for example social networks). Those sites are run by others under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

9. No warranty

We work hard to keep the game running and free of errors, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of saves stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version and its effective date will be posted on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes that are significantly unfavourable to you). If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.

제1조 (목적) 이 약관은 Projectteamforyou(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 무료 게임 「라스트 딜리버리: 사이의 세계」(이하 “게임”)의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다. 게임을 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제2조 (무료 서비스) 게임은 무료입니다. 계정·광고·유료 결제가 없습니다. 운영자는 오류 수정이나 이야기 보완을 위해 내용을 추가·변경·삭제하거나 서비스를 중단할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 중대한 영향이 있는 변경은 가능한 한 미리 사이트에 알립니다.

제3조 (저장 데이터) 진행 상황은 이용자의 기기(브라우저·앱 저장소)에만 저장됩니다. 사이트 데이터 삭제, 사생활 보호 모드, 앱 삭제, 브라우저 저장 공간 제한 등으로 지워질 수 있으며, 운영자는 이를 받지 않으므로 복구할 수 없습니다. 설정 → 저장 파일 → 내보내기로 사본을 보관하세요.

제4조 (허용되는 이용) 개인적인 즐거움을 위해 게임을 이용할 수 있고, 플레이 화면의 스크린샷·영상·실시간 방송(수익 채널 포함)을 공유할 수 있습니다. 다만 게임을 자신의 것처럼 내세워서는 안 되며, 사이트 링크를 함께 남겨 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

제5조 (금지 행위) 이용자는 다음을 해서는 안 됩니다. ① 위에서 허용한 경우나 법이 허용하는 경우 외에 게임과 그 코드·이야기·그림·음악을 복제·판매·재배포·재게시하거나 다른 제품에 쓰는 행위 ② 서비스나 서버를 공격·과부하·방해하거나 보안을 우회하는 행위(예: 자동화된 요청으로 집계·통계·의견을 대량 전송) ③ 불법적이거나 괴롭히는 내용, 타인의 개인정보가 담긴 의견을 보내는 행위 ④ 그 밖에 법령을 위반하는 이용. 운영자는 서비스와 다른 이용자를 보호하기 위해 이를 어기는 요청을 차단할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (의견) 이용자가 보낸 의견은 오류 수정과 게임 개선에 무상으로 쓸 수 있습니다. 개인정보는 적지 마세요. 의견의 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

제8조 (외부 사이트) 공유 버튼과 링크는 다른 사이트(예: 소셜 네트워크)를 엽니다. 그 사이트는 각자의 약관과 방침에 따라 운영되며 운영자는 이에 책임지지 않습니다.

제9조 (보증의 제한) 운영자는 게임을 안정적으로 제공하려고 노력하지만, 게임은 “있는 그대로” 제공되며 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 항상 이용 가능하거나 중단·오류가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다.

제10조 (책임의 제한) 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 간접 손해나 기기에 저장된 진행 상황의 손실에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 소비자로서 법령상 배제할 수 없는 이용자의 권리에는 이 조항이 적용되지 않습니다.

제11조 (약관의 변경) 운영자는 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 내용과 시행일을 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 시행일 이후 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관이 적용됩니다.

제12조 (준거법·관할) 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 다른 나라에 사는 소비자는 그 나라의 강행 법규에 따른 보호도 함께 받습니다.
